Manifest This F*cking Life

You’ve done it all. The mantras. The crystals. The gratitude journal with the gold edges. You whispered to the sky and begged it to love you back.

And nothing changed.

Here’s the part nobody sold you: manifestation was never a request. You don’t ask. You don’t attract. You become the signal — and reality reorganizes around what you’ve become.

That’s not a mood. It’s a rewiring. The book is the manual.

(Ash spent a decade failing at manifestation before figuring out why it fails. This is the autopsy. And the rebuild.)

You don’t need another guide. This is it.

  • 01 The LoopWhy your brain keeps rebuilding the exact life you say you don’t want — and how to interrupt it.
  • 02 The ScienceWhat your vision board was missing. Neuroplasticity. Predictive processing. Real studies, with names.
  • 03 The BodyPhysical rituals that recalibrate your nervous system. Not ten more minutes of breathing.
  • 04 The ShiftThe identity change that makes wanting feel like power instead of guilt.

No soft vibes. No waiting for alignment. A direct line from your gut to the fabric of reality.

The Author

Who the hell is Ash Wilder?

Nobody’s guru. A guy who spent ten years inside the self-help machine — the seminars, the affirmations, the $200 manifestation journal he wrote in twice. The second entry was a grocery list.

Then he stopped asking the universe for permission and started studying why the asking never worked. Neuroscience, mostly. Some nights on the floor. What came out the other side is this book.

He’d tell you more, but the book does it better.
